From 26th February I’ll be running a Vinyasa Flow class at the Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance (101 Park Road, G4 9JE), Tuesdays 6-7 p.m., which is just north of the park, just south of Great Western Road, and just about perfect for anyone in the West End. It’s a student-friendly fiver for a class, and we’ll be banishing any Tuesday blues with quick blast of sun salutes and flowing sequences, plus a bit of down time at the end. Should be pretty awesome.
