What better way to kickstart June than with an extra dose of yoga? We’ll be halfway through the year, so it’s sort of fitting to do double the amount of yoga in celebration. Luckily, a friend of mine is off on holiday next week and I’m covering her classes, so if you fancy ramping it up on the mat, or trying out a more restorative class, come find me on these days at these times at these places:
Tuesday: 7.10-8.10 a.m., Forward Fitness – morning flow
Thursday: 7.15-8.15 p.m., Dance Glasgow – yoga relaxation
Friday: 6-7 p.m., Activ Tailored Fitness – vinyasa flow
That’s in addition to my regular open classes:
Monday: 7.15-8.15 p.m., Hillhead Sports Club – vinyasa flow (n.b. you don’t have to be a member!)
Tuesday: 6-7 p.m., SDTA @ 101 Park Road – vinyasa flow
Thursday: 7.10-8.10 a.m., Forward Fitness – Ashtanga modified primary series
Saturday: 10.30-11.30 a.m., Merchant City Yoga vinyasa flow
